I have been able to connect it to my WI-Fi network but I can’t seem to connect to the Infinity server. The touch screen shows a wi-fi icon with a hazard symbol. Old Post, but here is an update - Carrier has release a new firmware 4.23, and they have updated the Home app (at least in Android) and this seems to have resolved the connectivity issue. I can now get a live connection to the thermostat, and changes made on the app reflect on the thermostat almost immediately.
